- Room by Room Homework Notes
- Timeline Review to discuss Plan of Action:
- Staging: Discuss whether needed, and what kind. For vacant properties Virtual Staging or Professional Staging are options.
- Photos: I only list properties that I’ve had professionally photographed at my expense. Some additional photos may be Elevated View, Nightime Views or Drone photos
- Marketing: Will review strategic marketing plan customized for your home
- Listing Period
- Offer Period/Negotiations
- Inspections/Due Diligence
- Closing
