At Cannontown Real Estate we believe in home, family and tradition.

We know that buying a home or selling a home can be one of the most stressful life events one may encounter.

Emotions can run the full spectrum while you’re looking for a new home, losing out in a bidding war after you think you’ve found “the perfect one,” or preparing your home for showings, then packing up everything related to the memories you’ve made that you’re now leaving. I’ll be partner throughout the process and I’ll be your calm in the storm. In other words we’ll be like family.

With Cannontown and Amy Cannon you’ll be working with a knowledgeable and highly-experienced real estate professional (a true partner) that recognizes your business is much more than just “making a sale” – I’ll be there personally every step of the way to help you navigate through each phase of the buying and selling process.

Cannontown Real Estate is a small, boutique real estate firm. A big advantage to you, our client. We believe we offer a better real estate experience because you won’t be working with 3, 4 or 5 people during your real estate transaction. You’ll work with me, Amy Cannon, during the entire transaction right up through closing. It’s a true partnership experience, and it’s the big advantage in working with me and Cannontown. Some real estate firms think it’s great to be a big firm. We think the opposite. The true advantage is having Amy Cannon on your side from Day 1. Now we’re talking!

We offer concierge services with referrals to the top mortgage lenders, home inspectors, stagers, and other vendors. Our goal at Cannontown is to make each transaction as seamless as possible. We won’t be found in a stuffy office environment and we won’t make promises we can’t follow through on just to secure a listing or a buyers agreement. We are casually professional because we feel this makes the client feel more comfortable as well. We believe in doing things the right way, because we believe it’s the only way!
